Lauren started with WellSpring Financial as a Client Experience Manager in August of 2024 where she worked as a liaison between the advisor and client to ensure each client had a positive experience with the firm.
A 2022 graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, she earned a degree in Marketing with a minor in Leadership, Ethics, and Organizational Sustainability, laying a solid foundation for a career focused on client satisfaction. After college, Lauren gained valuable experience in both sales and management, honing her skills in communication and team leadership. Recognizing a strong interest in finance, she made a strategic career pivot, combining her background in sales with a newfound passion for the financial industry.
Outside of work, Lauren resides in Pottstown and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants with her friends, and spending quality time with her family.
