2001

Jeff Bush and Barry Waronker founded Informed Senior Financial Services with an office in Jeffersonville. This is the year we started working with USA Financial, which is still ongoing today.

2005

Our second location opened up in Pottstown.

2006

Informed Senior Financial Services became Informed Family Financial Services and moved its main office to Norristown.

2013

Jeff Bush became 100% owner as Barry Waronker began his transition into retirement.

2016

Steve Jablonski joined the firm as a Financial Advisor.

2019

We adopted our proprietary process known as The WellSpring FORMula. Dolly Fermamento joined the team as a receptionist.

2020

Steve Jablonski became a 50% owner of the firm and assumed his current role as President. Jeff Bush assumed 50% ownership of the firm and became Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. 

2022

Informed Family acquired Strategic Wealth Advisory with offices in Birdsboro and Allentown. Shannon LaRosse joined the firm as a Financial Advisor.

2023

Jacqueline McCluskey joined the team as an Advisor Support Manager. The Birdsboro office relocated to Wyomissing and the Allentown office relocated to Hamilton Blvd.

2024

Lauren Bush joined the team as a Client Experience Manager. Shannon LaRosse was named Chief Operating Officer. Informed Family Financial Services became WellSpring Financial to build a bridge between our process and our business.

2025

There were some changes to the WellSpring team, with Jacqui being promoted to Office Manager, Lauren being promoted Advisor Support Manager, and Jenny joining as the new Client Experience Associate!

2026

The firm celebrated 25 years in business and launched a "25 Acts of Kindness" campaign as a way to celebrate & give back to the community.
